六个人当中莫妮卡保持的状态最好（当然是有打针和医美的），瑞秋看起来状态不错但其实有呈现出一点点老人肥，菲比是六个人当中最自然的，虽然很容易看得出年龄，但却是令人舒服的那种。相比起努力保持的女生们，男生们状态就差得太多了，罗斯肉毒杆菌打得太明显了，钱德勒看起来饮食无度，只有乔伊算是比较自然状态下的与年龄相符，但可以看得出来，总的来说，在外形上女演员比男演员压力要大得多。
